I followed Mutimer’s instructions, sent my bank receipt, and then they ignored me until the package was returned to the UK.Now they’re making me wait for my refund, sending slow, generic AI-like responses, and offering no real help. It feels like they’re just holding on to my money.Would not recommend buying from them ever.
