Eventually, I received an email stating that my order was canceled, but the funds have not been refunded yet. Then, I got another email claiming they canceled a debit card purchase to protect themselves from potential fraud, but I'm the one left without my money for an unknown period. There was no customer service contact available at any level to clarify the situation, just vague emails that suggest they are acting in my best interest. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience with a local business and is incredibly disappointing.
