I paid for an appraisal upfront and got an email with a download link that I can't open with any application I have or find online. I've reached out through calls and three emails to the support team since 12/1/25, but received no response. There’s no local office, so I feel stuck with an overseas entity that has my credit card details. An update: I finally got a call back on 12/5. They claimed they are busy and can't respond to emails or voicemails quickly. They said they emailed me on 12/3, but I didn't receive anything. I still can't open the 4.2mb download from either the email or their website. There seems to be a security issue, but they can't just send a PDF. They told me the artwork's value, which is far off from other estimates. They say they use accredited appraisers, but wouldn't provide their credentials. Overall, I feel ripped off. I paid $49 and have nothing. In response to their misleading reply: The representative claims he emailed me on 12/3, but it's not in my Junk/Spam folder, which I check frequently. All my emails and calls have been initiated by me, not them, so their claims about customer service are misleading. The download fails to open on any browser, computer, or device.
