Frustrating Experience with Appraisal Download

I paid in advance for an appraisal and received an email with a download that I can't open with any application I have or find online. I've called and sent three emails since 12/1/25 to the support team and appraisal contacts, as well as using the contact form, but received no response. There's no office or personnel in the US, leaving me reliant on a foreign entity that now has my credit card information. Addendum: I finally received a return call on 12/5. They mentioned being very busy and unable to respond to emails or voicemails quickly. They claimed to have emailed me on 12/3 (which I did not receive). I'm still unable to open the 4.2mb download from either the email or their website. There’s no app available to access it either. It might be a security issue, but they can't seem to just send a PDF. They provided a valuation for the artwork, which is far from what others have given. They say they use accredited appraisers but wouldn't share their qualifications. Overall, this feels like a complete rip-off. I paid $49 and have nothing to show for it.

Prepaid appraisal but received unusable file.

I paid $49 and have nothing. In response to their misleading reply: The representative claims he emailed me on 12/3, but it's not in my Junk/Spam folder, which I check frequently. All my emails and calls have been initiated by me, not them, so their claims about customer service are misleading. The download fails to open on any browser, computer, or device.

Price drop for premium service.

I signed up on November 27 for $295, and just a week later, the price dropped to $250. I believe I should receive a refund of the $45 difference since the discount came so soon after my purchase.

Great platform

This platform is fantastic! It has an impressive artist database and excellent research, results, and presentation. I just wish there was a more affordable option for those looking to track a single artist, as the minimum monthly fee feels quite high. But kudos for the excellent service and extensive artist coverage!

Interest in Hawkins' drawings

I own a signed copy of "La Reine du Jardin" by Louis Welden Hawkins and am very interested in his drawings. I plan to purchase a work by Hawkins next year, which is why I've subscribed to see his works starting from 2025/04/20.
