I've been a long-time subscriber, and my issues have been the same for a long time. Clicking through to a particular auction to observe the artwork that is on offer is painfully slow and cumbersome, much worse than competing art web sites. Moreover, the thumbnail pictures of the artwork is usually too small to properly observe, which then requires me to click through again to determine whether it's a piece that I'd be interested in. All in all, not user friendly.
