Scratched Mother’s Day coins that were supposed to be in mint condition is by far a spit in the face of my 6 years long loyalty as a customer!! I ordered two of them and both coins have HORRENDOUS scratched edges as if dragged across sandpaper !! Also a 5 oz bar ordered on December 22, that I was told would be included in my order of coins is still “on hold” !! Total neglect and disrespect are the only two words to describe the service rendered by silver gold bull. No communication that my product would be damaged, and that my 5 oz bar is not available, even though there were no notifications of pre-sale or delayed delivery at time of ordering; is unacceptable.
I guess having over 300K in my “vault” is not enough to have any priority as a customer. I feel hurt and disrespected, and I will never be ordering from silver gold bull again! Unless they can fix this.
A total spit in the face of six years long customer loyalty to receive scratched coins and be waiting over a month for a bar I was told on the phone would be sent together with my other order; which I was also told could be EXPEDITED. It wasn’t on pre-sale , and there were no notifications of delayed delivery when I ordered so I have a feeling my bar of silver was prioritized for someone else.

Look for a place that is being more transparent about what is going on in the market. The shortages in silver are unprecedented, as refined silver is being prioritized towards the major bullion trading banks to hedge and cover their short positions, major industrial companies to secure product and avoid existential crisis for future production; and sovereign nations deem silver a “strategic mineral“. All this while China is draining the western vaults due to extreme backwardation in the future’s market, which allows them to make huge arbitrage gains. India too. Physical metals are being siphoned out of western vaults and shipped to the east right at the moment when the western retail market is waking up.
There aren’t enough metals to meet the delivery demands. So in order for things not to totally collapse immediately, refined, precious metals are being prioritized towards the western vaults to meet these deliveries and that is why there is a supply shortage for the retail market. There is a likelihood that you may have your orders canceled; and SGB found not liable for failing to meet their business mandate through a sort of force majeure. Because who knows how long you will have to wait for your product and what condition it will be in when you get it. Try Kitco Gold! I ordered from them on January 7, and got my product by January 17. Take it from me, someone who has been buying from SGB for 6 years; you’re in better hands elsewhere, as they might call you first before sending a scratched coin.

The service is exceptionally slow. I ordered an item that was supposedly in stock, but now it seems it won't be available for another month. It would have been helpful to know this before I placed my order a month ago. Other items that are in stock haven't shipped in months either.
My initial order went well, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I ordered on the 24th and 29th and haven't received any updates on my items, despite reaching out multiple times. All I've received are excuses related to the holidays. My account shows that payment was received, but there are no further updates. I'm considering placing more orders, but this delay is causing me to doubt the service, even though my first experience was excellent.
