I was overcharged for my subscription because of a typing error upon registration with my email. Instead of contacting me and rectifying the situation they proceeded to double charge me over three months on both accounts. Once I realized what was going on, I emailed the customer service, who responded quickly, and said they could refund one of the extra charges but not the others and linked to the terms of service. I understand the terms, but there are always exceptions when there is a clear error made. That is just bad business. And there is no recourse other than emailing. Really disappointing after having a good experience with the workouts themselves.
