Sadly I am not able to recommend this program because it hasn’t been accessible to me. Shortly after purchasing the program I discovered I was pregnant with complications and because I am disabled in various ways, I was informed by my doctor I needed to stop doing this until after having my child. I am now able to do the program again but my years subscription is up despite the fact that I’ve only done one intensive and one level of exercises. I emailed Mutu to tell them this but they didn’t care. And this is where companies like this one need to do better. Harmful greed, capitalism and growth at all costs have caused a lot of damage to our world and it’s time for more responsible, ethical and fairer companies to show the world how business can be done. And companies like this with a woman at the front should be leading the way with more ethical business rather than replication the old systems where getting as much money as possible out of your customers is more important than providing a good service. As a very busy, disabled mum, I would not have taken the time out to tell them I hadn’t been able to make use of this program and so didn’t feel like I’ve received what I paid for if this wasn’t actually true. And given this is supposed to be for mums, you would expect this to be more empathic and caring towards the needs of mums and if you can’t take part in this program because of unexpected pregnancy and disability, what does it have to lose by offering you another opportunity to take part in the program that you already paid for but didn’t get to use?Edit: The response from Mutu makes no sense and it would appear they haven’t read my review properly. I did reach out to say I couldn’t do the program, to which they offered no solutions whatsoever and no opportunity to extend it even just for a few months when I was given the all clear to participate. I emailed them on 22nd November 2023 to tell them about my issue and my subscription wasn’t due to expire until February. Before then I was busy having a baby whilst being very sick and disabled. There is a similar review from one or two other women with similar issues on here so it is obviously a theme. If you were a company that cared about its customers, why not offer me the opportunity to participate now I’m able to? Given this costs mutu absolutely nothing extra. Why not do something to help as in actual customer service rather than trying to discredit this review and spending the time checking what other reviews I have given which is a bit of low and unprofessional tactic to use in a situation like this? I only give reviews on trust pilot when I’ve had a negative experience to warn others so I don’t see how this is relevant and the only way it’s similar to others is because it’s a service I’m reviewing negatively. And with regard to the forums for asking for help, I did actually post on one asking what the 3 and 9 o clock position meant. Rather than receiving a response answering this, I was directed to general videos where I wasn’t able to find the information I was looking for so I still don’t know what this means. The response from mutu just confirms everything I’ve said in my review, because rather than trying to be helpful to remedy the fact that I paid for a service that I was unable to use due to disability, they’ve tried to twist it and make out this is my fault because of me not contacting them to request further assistance and I should have done something differently rather than them taking responsibility for something which according to the reviews, is not a one off experience. I would put the screenshot here of my email to Mutu with the issue back in November and their response which was to offer no help if I were able to. It’s a bit tedious in a ableist world when you’re disabled and it worsens severely so something you’ve paid for no longer is accessible but companies and events run by non disabled people show no empathy or support for this, instead blaming you like the response from mutu, meaning you keep losing money for no gain. I don’t see a company that is fair, ethical and caring in this response, do you?
