I reached out to the company and provided pictures showing the optometrist's markings for the correct bifocal line. I also sent photos of myself wearing both pairs. They informed me that one pair was too large, so I chose a different frame to replace it. For the other pair, I requested a remake based on the optician's markings. I returned both pairs to the address on the website and have confirmation of their receipt. Despite multiple emails and text messages, I have received no response. I was hopeful for a positive experience with this company after paying $139.00 on November 15th, but it is now December 17th and there is still no resolution. At 70 years old, I just want my glasses made correctly.
