Very fast delivery, correct prescription, cute frames. My only negative would be that the frames I picked are very delicate and have to be handled with some care. That said, they’re really pretty and very comfortable to wear.
I somehow accidentally ordered one pair of reading glasses as sunglasses, while the second pair is correct but gives me double vision despite being "the correct rx." I.e. two pairs of glasses but neither are usable.
Glasses are cheap and flimsy. prescription isn't correct. Delivery took 3 weeks which would have been nice to know before purchasing. Also the return policy. says guarantee they are crap. I have email customer service 3 days ago and haven't heard back. DO NOT ORDER
Awesome prices. Lenses were made correctly. Time to receive my glasses a little longer than I had hoped as it took about 2 days longer to process/make my prescription. Overall very pleased.
Glasses are good but the lens quality can be hard to keep clean and scratch easily. I purchased the scratch resistant program and found out it's only for three months WTH is that good for especially to pay extra. Very disappointed after buying 6 pairs for myself and 3 for my son

I had to track them down through various shipping options and eventually found them with a different postal service. Regarding the glasses, only one of the three pairs matched what was shown online. The prescription is far from accurate, making it difficult to see clearly. The lenses do not seem to be the advertised high index; they are thicker than any I've had in the past 30 years, which is both uncomfortable and unappealing. I also opted for an increased add-on for the progressive lenses as recommended by my eye doctor, but they arrived with only a +2.00 addition. Overall, this order was a complete failure, and I'm eager to see how the support team addresses this issue, especially since my strong prescription significantly impacts my daily life until I can find affordable replacements.
These glasses are of outstanding quality and offered at a fantastic price. My prescription had changed significantly since my previous order, and they carefully confirmed that the new prescription was accurate. I am extremely satisfied with my purchases. This is my sixth order, and I have no intention of shopping elsewhere!
I ordered two pairs of premium progressive glasses, but both were blurry upon arrival. After consulting an optometrist, I found that the no-line bifocal was positioned too high. I reached out to the company and provided pictures showing the optometrist's markings for the correct bifocal line. I also sent photos of myself wearing both pairs. They informed me that one pair was too large, so I chose a different frame to replace it. For the other pair, I requested a remake based on the optician's markings. I returned both pairs to the address on the website and have confirmation of their receipt. Despite multiple emails and text messages, I have received no response. I was hopeful for a positive experience with this company after paying $139.00 on November 15th, but it is now December 17th and there is still no resolution. At 70 years old, I just want my glasses made correctly.
