One pair of prescription sunglasses were so dark that I couldn't see out of them. Another pair had one of the lenses pop out. I brought them to an optician to be repaired.
They told me that the lenses supplied with the frames I bought, were definitely NOT made for the kind of frame that they were put in.
Both lenses have huge gaps in the upper corners where the lenses meet the frame.
I have advised the company of this abysmal failure of their quality control and am waiting for an answer. However, due to numerous complaints about Muukal that I have read, I don't expect them to resolve this matter.
Their response asks who I am??? This shows their arrogance and ignorance about their customers!!!!!!!
