Their comment speaks volumes itself. And of course none of my reviews which is only this one is going to be good. Again buyer beware look at what you are dealing with. ***. I had a very disappointing and frankly shocking experience with this company. I placed an order for two pairs of glasses, and instead of any proper communication, my order was simply refunded without explanation—no email, no notification, nothing.
When I reached out to ask what happened, I received unprofessional and rude text messages. I was told that because I chose lower-priced glasses, my order would not be accepted again. There is absolutely nothing on their website stating any restriction on purchasing their more affordable items, nor any policy explaining this behavior.
What made this even worse was the tone of their response. I was told I was not “welcome” to purchase from them and was accused of not having a “grateful heart.” This is completely unacceptable customer service. Instead of addressing a legitimate question, they chose to insult and dismiss a paying customer.
Businesses are free to set policies—but those policies should be clearly stated and applied professionally. Refunding an order without notice and then responding with hostility is not how you treat customers.
I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company. Transparency, respect, and basic professionalism seem to be lacking here.
