Conveyance purchase with Muve is still ongoing.
They outsource most of the work to Sri Lanka.
They charge additional and (duplicated) fees for everything. For instance:
- Raising enquiries beyond a certain point counts as additional work and more fees are payable. Only they can tell what this limit is.
- Reviewing a Surveyor's Report and raising its enquiries, again, counts as different work and more fees are charged.
Meanwhile the quality of the work is questionable. The assigned solicitor made an important mistake in their Report of Title. I suspect he didnt even read the Management Pack from the seller's solicitors.
I don't know what's counted as Legal Fee in their original quotation. Everything seems to be charged separately.
