I had an excellent experience working with Muve during the conveyancing process of purchasing my first property. Emasha and Jordan did a great job at consistently updating me on the progress throughout. Sharfaa provided clear and thorough explanations of any legal technicalities I was unfamiliar with, addressing clearly all of my questions and concerns. As a first-time buyer, the process initially felt daunting, but with Emasha, Jordan, and Sharfaa, I felt completely supported and was in good hands.

Absolutely useless. Drag their heels and just reply to emails with absolute waffle hoping you dont understand. Smarmy responses when challenged, since found out theyre based in Sri Lanka but advertising as ‘local conveyancing lawyers’ and dont reply during the day due to time difference, if they reply at all.
Economical with the truth and just try to baffle you. Take about 4 days to reply to an email and about a week and a half to 2 weeks to do a simple task. Making up costs and not replying what they are when challenged.

Conveyance purchase with Muve is still ongoing.
They outsource most of the work to Sri Lanka.
They charge additional and (duplicated) fees for everything. For instance:
- Raising enquiries beyond a certain point counts as additional work and more fees are payable. Only they can tell what this limit is.
- Reviewing a Surveyor's Report and raising its enquiries, again, counts as different work and more fees are charged.
Meanwhile the quality of the work is questionable. The assigned solicitor made an important mistake in their Report of Title. I suspect he didnt even read the Management Pack from the seller's solicitors.
I don't know what's counted as Legal Fee in their original quotation. Everything seems to be charged separately.
