Absolutely useless. Drag their heels and just reply to emails with absolute waffle hoping you dont understand. Smarmy responses when challenged, since found out theyre based in Sri Lanka but advertising as ‘local conveyancing lawyers’ and dont reply during the day due to time difference, if they reply at all.
Economical with the truth and just try to baffle you. Take about 4 days to reply to an email and about a week and a half to 2 weeks to do a simple task. Making up costs and not replying what they are when challenged.
