I recently purchased my first property using Muve and overall had a very good experience with the conveyancing side. The team handling my case, particularly Nisali and Tan, were brilliant throughout — always professional, responsive, and easy to deal with.
There were a few hiccups along the way, but these were mostly down to the seller’s solicitors rather than Muve. Even after completion, when there was a breach of contract with items being left at the property, they were quick to step in and try to resolve things, which was appreciated.
The only slight downside — and this is partly on me — was around costs. My initial quote was £1600, but the final bill came in higher than expected, which caught me off guard. It’s definitely worth keeping a close eye on what’s included and any additional charges along the way, as these can add up.
I was also referred to Muve by my brother, as there was supposed to be some kind of referral reward. However, he hasn’t been contacted or received anything, which is a bit disappointing.
Overall, a solid experience with a great team — just go in with a clear understanding of the pricing and double-check any referral incentives to avoid surprises.
