As an estimator for a general contracting firm, we produce our brushed stainless handrails in-house, utilizing components from a specific supplier for the cable system. I rely on a particular representative for all my technical drawing requirements. I've completed two projects with him, both of which were successful. Since we water jet our components before fabrication, having precise dimensions is crucial. He consistently provides me with the technical drawings promptly, and if he lacks them, he measures the actual product with calipers. Despite being in different locations—him in Hong Kong and me in Montana, USA—our communication has always been excellent. While there are other quality products available, I prefer this one due to the outstanding customer support.

Soon after e-mailing a request to Muzata for the dimensions of the 42" post spacer and the length of the 8M lag screw, Brandon, called and while on the phone, e-mailed the information I requested to allow me to continue to prepare construction drawings for a client directing me to use the Muzata Cable Rail system for a deck. One of the first things that impressed me about Muzata was the customer service. I worked with Yuri who was accessible, non-judgmental, and overall very very helpful and kind. I did some price comparison when I decided to change out my railings. Some companies (Rail FX for one) charged twice the price that I paid for through Muzata which surprised me. I felt it was just price gouging. I had a price range in mind when starting my project and found Muzata fit that price range. There was some hesitancy as to whether the quality would be as good with Muzata, but any doubt was gone once I unpacked the railings. They are sturdy and well-manufactured. And seem to be holding up weather-wise. I live in a woodlands. I have had three people ask me where I got my railings because it has truly added to the beauty of the exterior of my home. It provides a clean look that wood just doesn't do and the design seems safe for pets and supervised small children. Some wrote about standing on the wires. I don't recommend this (not that I have). These are aesthetic, sturdy, and provide a better view. But they need to treated as they are. They are not wood so can't be climbed on, etc. Something to consider if one has small kids.
