Some time ago I made an order and everything was perfect. This time my delivery was supposed to come in two parcels and one of them was lost. Despite all the chats with the support and filling in forms and assurances that it is being investigated, I was unable to get any timeframe when this will be resolved. I didn't receive any valid explanation why store wouldn't sent the goods again and reclaim the ones lost if they are ever found. The order was a present for a kid which makes the whole story even more frustrating. I guess if this doesn't resolve quickly this would be my last order from Muziker.
