The company offers a wide range of products at reasonable prices. If you know exactly what you want and don’t need to test or return items, it’s a good place to shop. However, I wouldn't recommend purchasing expensive items without prior knowledge. Once I initiated a return, the process took an incredibly long time, filled with numerous frustrating emails. There were attempts to issue a gift voucher instead of a refund. Be cautious, as you are not obligated to accept that. For service, I can only give 1 star because, in today's world, professionalism and prompt responses are essential. It took about a month from my payment until I received my refund (with Christmas in between, but still).
