I had a terrible experience. I ordered guitar parts to the same address as previous orders. This time, the courier failed to deliver the package (wrong address). I reached out to the company for clarification, but the communication was chaotic. I had €800 worth of goods blocked. There was no willingness to assist, and one email simply directed me to contact the courier myself. After a week, the package was on its way back to them, and I received no updates from the company until it was already en route back. They stated they would refund me within 14 days after receiving the package, but this was not a return; I never even saw or touched it. Unforeseen circumstances occur, but the way the company handled this situation, along with the total lack of communication, has left me deeply disappointed. I can provide evidence of all my attempts to get updates from them. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Their website even indicated the parcel was successfully delivered to me, and they still requested product reviews.
