Several emails went unanswered, which made an otherwise straightforward return unnecessarily stressful.The refund was eventually completed, but clearer communication and more proactive handling during the withdrawal process would significantly improve the customer experience.Based on this experience, I would recommend Muzix Audio for purchasing, but with caution when it comes to returns and after-sales support.
