On August 16 I placed an order for 1000€+. It was not delivered within 3 (working days) days as it is promised on the website. For unknown reasons, DPD indicated that they tried to deliver the package on August 26, but I was at home the whole day and received only Amazon packages. On September 10 the order was returned to the shop and I asked to return the money.They just ignored that message. And answered only after my second email in 6 days. The message was meaningless with the unreceptive blame that it was my fault, but they wrote that can 'refund the total amount, less the delivery costs'. I asked to do that (on the same day (September 16)). Today is September 20 and there is still neither a response, nor a refund (I know that there are 14 days to proceed refund, but they have at least to confirm that).Updated:The refund was received very fast (Setp 25) and for the full amount (incl. shipping), which I did not expect. So, at least 4 stars.
