Without exaggeration, I have never dealt with such an incompetent organization. 1. They delivered a house that was completely dirty, which goes against their policy. 2. They failed to take adequate steps to resolve the issue as per their own guidelines. 3. In communication, they avoid questions and lack consistency. 4. They attempt to use arguments that are illegal. I would give zero stars if possible.
