I had one of the least satisfactory experiences with a property management association. They are extremely difficult to reach by phone, especially for technical matters, and the technical manager is seldom available. Requests for technical assistance are often denied without proper evaluation. Information provided over the phone is frequently inaccurate, and commitments made are not fulfilled. I was told that inspections would be complimentary, yet I later received bills totaling several hundred euros. As someone who only speaks English, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a clear lack of transparency. This raises significant concerns about fairness, professionalism, and trust.

Without exaggeration, I have never dealt with such an incompetent organization. 1. They delivered a house that was completely dirty, which goes against their policy. 2. They failed to take adequate steps to resolve the issue as per their own guidelines. 3. In communication, they avoid questions and lack consistency. 4. They attempt to use arguments that are illegal. I would give zero stars if possible.
My overall experience was great. One suggestion for improvement would be to receive updates about the applications that were not selected. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an email, but perhaps a note on the profile would help. Until we get selected, we are left in the dark about the status of our applications. Otherwise, everything was good! :)
