I had the media wall done from MVP in August 2025 and we went to their site in Manchester, Stockport. Discussed what we needed in terms of measurement's with them onsite and this was during their open day.We could not find exact design but chose one and ordered, waited for fitting date. The team of Jake/Lewis first came and the floating unit internal panels were not correct in color, and had to go back and wait for another date. That date came after 4 week's, work began as follows;1. Acoustic panels were not cut to precision and this left wide gaps.2. Screws into the backend panels not firmly fitted, and you could literally see them and feel them on the wall. 3. The baton on the ceiling coving was wrong and had to resort to alternative option given by me.4. The cutting of these panels was poor and you can see the gap's and edges not fit for purpose.5. The LED lighting half did not work fully, and still is not working , sent them pictures, emails and called them few times But date was given 11th November 2025 and they don't have a damm clue about the call and who organized it.I would like to say Jake was good, he took pride in his work and overall good. Apart from that initial requirements process in terms of measurement's needs to improve, taking more orders from customers and having lack of resources has not helped and made the situation worse. There is element of lack of knowledge and skills shortage which dampened customers aspirations by lack of time and effort put into the builds of these media walls.I have spoken to Phil/Paul/Dan, and still waiting for them to come back to fix these LED lighting. They should be the ones trying to get these things fixed promptly, not me chasing and reminding them all the time.RegardsGaz
