⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Outstanding Experience with MVP Media Walls!I couldn’t be happier with the amazing work from MVP Media Walls. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The quality of the media wall exceeded my expectations — sleek design, perfect installation, and every detail handled with care. They truly transformed the space and gave it that “wow” factor.Communication was smooth, scheduling was on time, and the final result looks incredible both in person and on camera. I highly recommend MVP Media Walls to anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship and outstanding service. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Zero stars total shambles booked paid deposit then heard nothing. Contacted them a few days before due date only to be told it would take another month. Needless to say I cancelled. Communication is dire and I’m afraid excuses about fitters leaving just doesn’t cut it. If you haven’t enough staff don’t take the jobs on. Then they have the cheek to tell you they’re very busy and it will take 4-5 days to refund your deposit. On what planet in this day and age!! Disgraceful way to do business. Update: They did issue my deposit refund the same day in the end. Unfortunately still no recompense for the immense inconvenience this caused me.
**"Lewis from MVP did an outstanding job fitting our media walls in 2 rooms. He has completely transformed our two downstairs rooms, and the results are amazing. His attention to detail is second to none – he even carried out a full quality check at the end to make sure everything was perfect. The best bit is couple of very minor snag i found later and he said no problem i will sort that out. Before drilling, Lewis carefully double-checked where each piece was going and how it would be fitted. Despite the challenges of working around beading, skirting boards, and the uneven walls of an old house, he found clever solutions that left a flawless finish. You’d never know the complications he had to overcome – it really does look like magic.Lewis also made sure to tidy up afterwards, leaving everything spotless. As the last person you see on the job, his professionalism and finishing touches really do leave a lasting impression.Although communication from MVP could have been better at times (something they acknowledged), Lewis more than made up for it. His skill, patience, and dedication completely put us at ease. He didn’t rush the work and took the time to get everything just right.Lewis is a credit to MVP, and thanks to him, our rooms have been transformed and we couldn’t be happier."**5 stars given only because of Lewis.
I had the media wall done from MVP in August 2025 and we went to their site in Manchester, Stockport. Discussed what we needed in terms of measurement's with them onsite and this was during their open day.We could not find exact design but chose one and ordered, waited for fitting date. The team of Jake/Lewis first came and the floating unit internal panels were not correct in color, and had to go back and wait for another date. That date came after 4 week's, work began as follows;1. Acoustic panels were not cut to precision and this left wide gaps.2. Screws into the backend panels not firmly fitted, and you could literally see them and feel them on the wall. 3. The baton on the ceiling coving was wrong and had to resort to alternative option given by me.4. The cutting of these panels was poor and you can see the gap's and edges not fit for purpose.5. The LED lighting half did not work fully, and still is not working , sent them pictures, emails and called them few times But date was given 11th November 2025 and they don't have a damm clue about the call and who organized it.I would like to say Jake was good, he took pride in his work and overall good. Apart from that initial requirements process in terms of measurement's needs to improve, taking more orders from customers and having lack of resources has not helped and made the situation worse. There is element of lack of knowledge and skills shortage which dampened customers aspirations by lack of time and effort put into the builds of these media walls.I have spoken to Phil/Paul/Dan, and still waiting for them to come back to fix these LED lighting. They should be the ones trying to get these things fixed promptly, not me chasing and reminding them all the time.RegardsGaz
NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! Dealing with the company has aged me by 10 years. Had work done when I moved including bathrooms and the media wall was one of the last jobs. Booked for March 2024 eventually after slow replies.Fitters came and were careless with my property as it wasn’t fully furnished. I had wet soggy boxes left in the garden then pulled into the living room and dumped there. This caused my carpet fitter to have to postpone as the floor was soaked! Didn’t mention anything at the time as I just wanted to be move on.Fast forward to December 2024 when I returned from holiday to find a waterlogged patch on my carpet. Called a plumber having no idea why and they pulled the media wall down and saw 2 nails from the panel through my pipe! It’d been slow leaking for 6 months and the material from the panels and plaster had been absorbing it until it got so bad that it was noticeable on my NEW carpet. Also after fitting, my 1 year old boiler stopped working and I spent loads on call out charges and no one could tell me why so I spent £3000 on a new combi boiler. The plumber said if there was a slow leak then this caused the boiler to stop working due to low pressure (system boiler with water tank. My boiler was fine after the other tradesmen had done their jobs so this incompetence has cost me a lot. I contacted the company and told the boss would call me back. A lot of chasing from my end again and eventually spoke to him and questioned me as to how the leak is related when it’s 6 months later. It was 2 weeks before Christmas and this hole in my wall and waterlogged carpet ruined my Christmas. He told me they close for Christmas and he’d be in touch. I was told I’d have a confirmed date but after multiple ignored messages I’d got a reply that someone would come 13th January. I spend days dealing with the water in the carpets myself as a working single parent and had dehumidifiers on (high bills), wasting days off I could have spend with my family. The installer came and told me he was here for 2 days and could do any jobs needed whilst he was here. Apparently I looked deflated! So would anyone after this experience! He patched the wall, stuck the panel back on and cleaned the carpet. He initially mentioned that the carpet could be replaced but I regrettably said cleaning it would be acceptable. The industrial machine was left in my kitchen and he’d come tomorrow to finish after the product was left overnight. Lots of cancellations until he came on the 21st and collected the machine but did nothing to the carpet despite being saying he would. My carpet was left with dints in it as some areas had no underlay after it was lifted for cleaning. Compensation of £150 given which doesn’t make up for a £2000+ job going wrong and a boiler change. I was promised another day even though it wouldn’t have taken long to put underlay down and even said he can sort out my faulty light. Why promise other jobs when you haven’t fixed the initial job. I was dubious about him coming back but he said he’s not the kind of person that would go back on his word. After multiple messages, no sign of a visit and told we’re both too busy, despite me saying I’d get a parent to be at home. I haven’t had the work completed. If the job was completed with the underlay I wouldn’t have left feedback and just moved on but the false promises, lack of compassion, sitting at home expecting a visit, constantly chasing has made me upset and angry! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
My parents used this company to install their media wall back in November 2024. The plastering on the wall is terrible and the lights behind the tv have never worked. They contacted the MVP media walls who said they would arrange for someone to come back and redo the plastering. It is now May and this hasn’t been completed.
