This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've encountered. My order was taken and payment processed, but the lens I purchased was never shipped. I received no responses to my numerous emails and phone messages until I threatened to demand a refund. Then a representative replied, promising to resolve the issue, but did nothing. I managed to recover my money through a dispute with my credit card company, but it was a complete waste of time. I urge others who have faced similar issues to report this to the authorities.
