I ordered an item on December 7, 2025, and have yet to receive it. My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Unfortunately, I paid with a debit card and may have lost my money. I will pursue this further, but I recommend not using this shop.

TLDR: Consider very carefully before doing business with this seller, regardless of the appealing prices. I foolishly gave them another chance after a poor experience in 2019, as they had a lens at a great price. After paying £160 for a lens, I received no confirmation email. When I followed up a week later, I was told the owner was on holiday and my lens would ship the next day. After several more calls over the following weeks, I finally requested a full refund. I was told it was being processed, but I cannot confirm that. UPDATE 3/10/2025: I did receive my full refund eventually, but it took days to appear in my account. I don't know if the delay was their fault or the bank's. While I don't believe there was malicious intent, their operations are poorly managed. I didn't lose any money, but it was an incredibly frustrating experience.
