I would like to give a huge shout out to MWRlife/Travel Advantage customer service. For personal reasons I decided to cancel my MERlife and Travel Advantage accounts. As I have been with them for less than 14 days, I emailed to explain my situation and ask for a refund. Bear in mind that I emailed customer service late in the evening, I have received a response within less than hour and my account was cancelled stright away with no questions asked. I can't remember any other occasion in my life that my issue was dealt with so quickly. And guess what? Customer Service advised that I will receive a full refund within 4-6 days, however the refund hit my account 2 days later. I can't thank them enough for dealing with my issue so quickly. If you are worried that you won't be able to cancel your membership if for any reason you decide that MWRlife or Travel Advantage is not for you, rest assured, it is possible and easier than you expected, I have done it myself.Thanks a lot.
