I had a minor issue with my delivery. I sent an e-mail hoping to get a response, within 12 hours Rachel replied to my email asking for more information. Within a couple of days mainly because of my schedule we had a solution and the minor issue was resolved. I’ve dealt with too many companies that just don’t care to even respond. The pens look like they are going to do trick as well. The fantastic customer service is top notch. Thank you Rachel
I ordered four pens a couple of weeks ago (GI872634079). They’re honestly some of the best pens I’ve ever used — I’d 100% recommend them. The only issue I noticed was that the red ink came out much darker than expected, almost as if it had been mixed with black. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Used to mark some balls in use over the past couple of days. Firstly, the ink flow is so much more controllable and therefore produces very thin lines, which I like. Secondly, and bearing in mind the very wet conditions for playing at the moment, the marks were still intact after 36 holes. This would not have happened with my previous marker - the marks would have faded noticeably. I look forward to longer use to provide a more rigorous test and hopefully a 5 star score.

GolfInk Pen! What a great pen, being a stationer I have access to various pens, and tried them all, Sharpies were the go to, but NOT now! 1 full round with the same ball, it hit a few trees along the way and also in damp conditions and the ink is still there after 18 holes! Anyone who marks their golf balls NEEDS these pens!
