Ordered 2 sweaters for christmas. When they arrived the embroidery looked nothing like what's advertised, also overall sweater quality not as expected. After a lot of back and forth with customer service (offered discount codes or partial refund) they offered a free replacement. We wanted to see a draft and finally agreed after third draft. Got shipping confirmation and confirmation that we could discard other sweaters. Package didn’t leave warehouse for 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service again and they offered discount or another replacement as the package seemed lost. Also wanted to get the alresdy discarded sweaters back. We wanted refund, as it was supposed to be a christmas gift. While disputing with bank we received the sweaters after a month. Looked nothing like draft or anything like our cat. Customer service uncooperative and wants us to pay for customs and shipping to return.

Order arrived after a long wait, but it's not a scam

I finally received my order, five weeks after placing it. The reviews had me worried, but at least it turned out to be legitimate. The products are actually quite charming. I can see why many people are upset; the long wait and poor communication about delivery times are frustrating. If the company struggles to keep up with orders, they should be upfront about the wait instead of making false promises. My package was shipped a month after I ordered, and they did offer a 10% refund.

Great sweater with minor shipping delays

I rated this sweater four stars instead of five mainly due to the shipping taking longer than expected and the interior feel being a bit unusual. It didn’t have the typical softness; rather, it felt more like the outer part, which was stiffer. However, I really like the sweater overall, and it fits true to size, though it might be slightly short. I shared a picture of my two cats, one black and one tortie. I was worried about how the tortie would look, but she turned out great, while the black cat's design was less appealing to me. Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the sweater, but the support team was quick to address my concerns. They helped me get a replacement after I paid a fee of 18 dollars. I believe there shouldn’t have been a charge, but I appreciated their responsiveness. The representatives were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to make adjustments and providing multiple designs to choose from. I think this sweater makes a wonderful gift, and I would consider purchasing again, although the price feels a bit high.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I would rate them lower than one star if possible. This appears to be a scam operation based overseas. Their website and social media give the impression that they are a U.S.-based company run by pet lovers, but this is misleading. Don't trust their advertising; it's all deceptive. My order arrived two weeks after Christmas, despite paying for expedited shipping, and the quality was far below what was promised. Even if you submit a nice photo of your pet, you won't receive what you expect, but rather something entirely different. Steer clear of this seller.

Initial Concerns but Ultimately Satisfied

I had significant worries that this might be a scam due to incorrect delivery dates when I first placed the order. I was assured it would arrive before Christmas, but it didn't come until early January. However, I did receive the order. The support team was helpful throughout the process. The product was well made, not the highest quality, but acceptable for the price.

Cute items, but the service was extremely disappointing.

The items were adorable, but the service and logistics were terribly managed. I placed my order on 11/11/25, and it took nearly two months for it to be processed and delivered. The tracking information seemed unreliable and made no sense. It would indicate 'delivered in 5 more days' and never updated. When I contacted the support team about my concerns, their responses were evasive, simply stating, 'Here’s a tracker, please be patient.' After several exchanges, and with their responses not matching the website's logistics, I requested a full refund for the undelivered items. By then, it had already been over a month and a half. Again, I was told to 'please be patient' and given a tracker. Finally, after around two months, I received my packages and asked for compensation for the disorganized service, but they only offered 10% off my order of over 90 dollars. After much back and forth, on 01/11/26, they provided a $15 discount, which felt inadequate. While they were polite, their customer service was poorly organized. I'm frustrated, but relieved it's finally resolved.

Terrible experience with this service

I had a really bad experience with this service. I paid for my order four weeks ago, and I still haven't received it. They can never provide a clear answer on when I can expect it. At this point, I feel like I will never receive the product. I'm extremely frustrated and feel like I've been cheated out of my money.

Regret buying from this service after seeing the reviews.

I regret not checking the reviews before making a purchase from this service. Ads on social media are definitely misleading. I was unaware it was shipping from overseas. Every negative review is spot on regarding the issues. The delivery took nearly a month, and like many others, it was meant to be a holiday gift. When it arrived, I was let down by the quality of the hoodie and especially the embroidery. I requested the pet's name to be curved, but it came out straight. The size of the pet is small and looks nothing like the image, with added colors that make it appear even worse. The colors and embroidery are far from what the images depict. It's just disappointing all around. I want to discard it; it's not even suitable as a gift. After all this waiting, I received low-quality merchandise. The photos on their site and social media are definitely misleading. I advise against ordering from this service. Almost $100 wasted.

Avoid this website at all costs!

This is a fraudulent website; steer clear! It’s not based in the US and offers low-quality items from overseas. They claimed my order was shipped, but it hasn’t arrived. They even intercepted my parcel to show me a misleading photo. My items, which were meant to be delivered for the holiday season, never came, and now they’re refusing to issue a refund. I’m being charged a £12 handling fee just to process it!
