After speaking with my other associates and business partners in the e-bike world. I have decided that I cannot recommend MXWraps for purchases. They charge a 25% restocking fee on return items which is an insane amount. There are dozens of reputable places you can buy parts for Surron, Talaria, E-ride, Ventus, etc. They're the only ones that I can find the charger 25% restocking fee this is an outrageous number 15% is the highest I can find in comparison 10% is the common. If you purchase anything from MXWraps you better make sure that you or a customer of yours does not change their mind because you will get slapped.
