This service employs deceptive tactics to trap users. When I encountered an ad for a test to assess my IQ, it sounded intriguing, so I clicked and answered the questions. At the end of the test, I was asked to pay 1.00 CAD to see the results. I agreed, but by doing so, I unknowingly entered a 7-day trial, after which a monthly subscription began automatically. I never consented to this payment, nor did I see an invoice. I discovered an unauthorized charge of 44.99 CAD on my account. I immediately contacted their support to request a refund, but I ended up in a repetitive email loop with a chatbot that couldn't trace the transaction. In desperation, I contacted my payment service to dispute the charge.
