DO NOT TAKE THE £1 IQ TEST! Fraudsters, you pay for the £1 for the IQ test only to then unknowingly subscribe to their service. It doesn’t mention the subscription fee clearly, you’re then charged £24.99. The payment goes through and no initial way of getting the money back.
I would give -100 rating if there was one! I purchased their test through an Instagram ad for $0.50. There was absolutely no indication that I would be enrolled in any kind of subscription or recurring membership.
I later discovered on my credit card statement that I had been automatically signed up for a £29.99 monthly renewal membership without my knowledge or clear consent. I cancelled the membership immediately, but they refused to refund the £29.99 charge.
This feels extremely misleading and deceptive. Please be cautious before purchasing, as the additional charges are not made clear upfront.
I was charged $29.99 twice through my PayPal when it was not authorized. I have not been able to get someone to fix this.
I want an immediate refund of ALL charges plus proof that any "subscription" has been canceled!!

be carful when you make a payement they secretly enroll you into a 30 euro monthly subscription tha you need to cancel before 1 week of making the intial 1 euro payement which is illegal where i come from and ill be suing soon
I want to warn anyone considering using this platform. My experience has been extremely frustrating. The support team gives inconsistent responses—sometimes they refund your payment, other times they don’t. On top of that, it’s not clearly stated anywhere that they might withhold money, which is misleading.
The lack of transparency and consistent communication makes this platform feel untrustworthy. I would strongly caution others before making any transactions here, as my experience suggests it could easily lead to confusion and financial loss.
It is a Subscription Trap!
I only wanted to take a small IQ test for 0.5$ There was never any mention of a subscription, anywhere. A week after the IQ test, 29.90$ was debited from my Credit Card account, supposedly for a subscription. I never knowingly signed up for such a thing or was explicitly informed about a subscription.
Is a scam!
If I could give a zero I would, as any curious person would be I wanted to know my iq probably low because I fell for this SCAM I authorised a simple £1 charge to see my results, come to find out a few days later £29.99 comes out my account, to my surprise I was subscribed to them I did not subscribe I did not authorise the transaction I didn’t ok a subscription with them, I’ve cancelled my subscription and I’ve emailed them for a full refund beware of this SCAM
This is a scam. They charge you a very small amount and then start charging a monthly fee. Do not use their site. It is a rip off. Now left trying to get my money back. They are disgusting.
I got scammed by there deceptive promotion for a dollar amount.I was charged twenty four ninety nine by my bank.By no means, would I have ever signed up for a subscription?Do not fall for this deceptive promotion.It's a scam period.
