Don't let frustration overwhelm you

I've been quite vocal about my dissatisfaction with this service lately. For those of you who never intended to subscribe to a £29.99 monthly charge, please take a moment to breathe. I was furious when I saw £29.99 deducted from my account a week after paying £0.50 for my IQ score. Their website does send an automated response when you email about unsubscribing, but they state that the initial £29.99 is non-refundable since you consented by paying the £0.50. Leaving a negative review leads to a generic apology and a promise of a refund. Make sure to reference your customer ID in communications. I felt trapped in an endless loop of automated responses, but ultimately, I received my refund a few weeks later. The issue lies with their confusing terms and automated replies. I hope this insight helps.
