They charged my payment service without my consent. Their support admitted they 'cannot find any trace of an account' for me. Despite acknowledging I'm not a user, they still took my money. They promised a refund 48 hours ago but are now stalling with automated responses. This is theft. I have reported this as fraud. Please avoid this service!
