I wish I could rate this with ZERO stars. They charged $1 for the results when my son took the test, without any clear notice of additional fees. A couple of weeks later, I found a $29.99 subscription charge that I never agreed to. When I requested a refund, I kept receiving emails asking for the first 6 and last 4 digits of my PayPal account number, which doesn't exist. I provided all necessary information for the refund (name on account, email linked to PayPal, transaction number, last 4 digits of my debit card), yet they keep responding with the same request. I refuse to share more, but they persist. Total scammers, and they should be shut down!
