This platform is utterly deceptive. The advertisement indicated that the test would cost around 1 euro, but upon completion, I was charged 29.99 € without any clear notification. The details regarding the subscription were concealed in fine print. When I attempted to cancel the subscription, the platform did not permit it — the cancellation button simply did not function. As a result, I had to block my payment card to prevent any further unauthorized charges. I never utilized their service, never accessed any portal, and certainly did not consent to any subscription. This behavior is misleading, dishonest, and unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund. Services like this should not be permitted to operate.
