The service is extremely misleading. The advertisement clearly indicated that the IQ test would cost around 1 euro, but after completing it, I was charged 29.99 € without explicit consent. The subscription details were buried in fine print. I did not utilize the service, access any member area, or knowingly agree to any subscription. When I attempted to cancel, the website did not permit it, forcing me to block my credit card to prevent additional charges. I reached out to the support team several times. Instead of a proper response, I received multiple empty emails, which seemed like automated spam rather than genuine customer assistance. This charge was unauthorized and deceptive. I am currently disputing the payment with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this website.
