I would give -100 rating if there was one! I purchased their test through an Instagram ad for $0.50. There was absolutely no indication that I would be enrolled in any kind of subscription or recurring membership.
I later discovered on my credit card statement that I had been automatically signed up for a £29.99 monthly renewal membership without my knowledge or clear consent. I cancelled the membership immediately, but they refused to refund the £29.99 charge.
This feels extremely misleading and deceptive. Please be cautious before purchasing, as the additional charges are not made clear upfront.
