I ordered a self-cleaning litter scoop, which took over three weeks to arrive. The box was damaged and the contents were broken. I contacted them multiple times to cancel the order, but they insisted it was on its way. When I reported the damage, they claimed it was in perfect condition. They are refusing to provide a return address for my rightful refund. DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller… it's a total scam.
