I want to file a formal complaint. I made on March 7th in the amount of CHF 37.82 on website myorigines
At the time of purchase, I was informed that the delivery would take place by March 12th. However, the product was not delivered within the stated timeframe. As a result, on March 20th I submitted a complaint on the Trustpilot platform, and only received a response on March 23rd, when I was instructed to contact MyOrigines’ customer service directly — which I promptly did.
Despite this, I have not received any effective response from your company to date. Instead, I was sent a voucher in the amount of CHF 29.22, which is lower than the amount I paid, without any proper explanation.
I would like to emphasize that:
I have not received the purchased product;
I have not been refunded the amount paid (CHF 37.82);
The voucher provided does not match the total amount of my purchase;
I have suffered a financial loss of CHF 8.60, in addition to the time spent trying to resolve this issue.
Given the above, I consider that I have been wronged as a consumer. I request an urgent resolution to this matter through one of the following actions:
Immediate reshipment of the purchased product; or
Full refund of the amount paid (CHF 37.82) for the undelivered order.
If I do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be forced to escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
