Love this company so much. Im from the UK and it only took 4 days for my package to arrive. They let me know every step of the way and even told me when it arrived in customs and also when it had cleared customs. The low cost of products on this site amazes me, so I will continue to get my skincare products from my origins. One very happy customer
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I ordered a hair serum on 17 January and as of 31 January, my order is STILL showing as “in preparation.” Nearly two weeks with no dispatch, no progress, and no proper updates. This is completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is that I’ve already emailed them to complain about the delay, and nothing changed. No urgency, no clear explanation, just silence and the same useless order status. If you’re taking people’s money, the bare minimum is to actually send the product or communicate properly.
I shouldn’t have to chase a company for an order that hasn’t even been dispatched after this long. At this point, I’ve had enough and am requesting a refund because the wait time is ridiculous.
Terrible service, poor communication, and honestly not worth the stress. Do not order from here unless you’re happy waiting weeks with no updates.
I have been searching for quite a while for a particular fragrance for my 92-year-old mother-in-law. She used to wear this scent in the 1950s. It was re-released a few years back, but I had trouble locating it in the UK for some time. Delivery took a little longer than expected, but not by much. The tracking was consistently updated, along with email notifications. A heartfelt thank you from our family in Devon, England.
I had a very frustrating and deceptive experience. I placed an order on November 30 on a certain website for CHF 320. The site and my order tracking clearly indicated a delivery date of December 5 (I have screenshots to prove it). By December 15, I still had not received anything. When I reached out to customer support, I was connected to a call center with poor audio quality and distracting background noise, making it hard to communicate. I was informed that 'delivery to Switzerland typically takes 12 days,' which contradicts the December 5 date provided on their website. When I pointed out the screenshots, the representative simply stated that 'this cannot be what we show,' without further explanation. Later that same day, the order finally arrived. However, I was then hit with a customs/import invoice of CHF 50. The main issue became apparent: the company does not include Swiss VAT in their prices, and this lack of transparency at checkout is misleading. If it had been clearly stated, the prices wouldn't have seemed appealing, and I would have opted to buy the products locally in Switzerland. In summary: Promised delivery date: December 5, Actual delivery: December 15, Customer service: difficult to understand and dismissive, Unexpected customs/VAT fees: CHF 50, Pricing seems attractive only because VAT is excluded without clear disclosure. This is misleading for customers in Switzerland. I would advise against ordering from this company if you reside in Switzerland.
I bought a popular moisturizer from this company. I'm not sure if the quality matches what I usually get directly from the original brand. The texture seemed different, and I've been using this moisturizer for over 15 years. I was drawn in by their competitive pricing, but I won’t be ordering from them again.
I really like this shop, and the service is fantastic, though it takes longer for orders to Belfast. My order to Leeds arrived in just a few days, but the one to Belfast took around two weeks. However, the gift wrapping option and the little card are great touches! 👏🙌
