So far I am fairly new to the app and web platforms. I have sampled books on both platforms and absolutely love all that I have encountered so far! The stories are everything that I enjoy reading, and I have a hard time putting them down!!!! My lack of sleep is being blamed on the wonderful stories I find here!!!! I am partial to romance books and they have an amazing selection of both. I do wish that the web and app platforms were connected so that access between the two was mainstream, so that anything I find in advertising that will lead me to the web platform would automatically pop up in my app, also, but I am sure with time it will be. The customer service reps I have encountered have also been absolutely amazing!!! They respond on time and usually very promptly. Granted, I believe they may be in a different time zone than I am because they respond to my messages at night, where I am from, but it works because I usually only get to read at night when my children are sleeping anyway, hence the reasoning behind why I blame my lack of sleep on the books. Lol so just know if you are reading im the southeastern region of the US, then they will respond to you around 10 or 11 pm. Just give them time, but still they are absolutely amazing!!! Always extremely sweet!!!! Honestly, I usually feel like I am speaking with a friend who is the sweetest one in the friend group!!!!! Couldn't ask for a better app, books, experience, and assistance!!!!! Thank you Passion for being the best 🤩💖
