I had a problem with the coins I purchased to unlock chapters. Despite paying, the coins didn't show up in my account. I contacted support, who quickly resolved the issue, and the purchased coins were added with a small bonus. I highly recommend the app, as it contains many interesting and engaging books.
I like most of the books that I have read. Some, however, are so poorly written and not edited well that I wonder if the author has any true knowledge of the English language! Some are just really, really bad. I would, also, like to be able to find ALL of the books that I want to read, so that I don't have to use multiple apps to get them!
Had the "Welcome Offer" ad pop up too quickly to where I accidentally clicked accept. Instantly charged me $15.99. I didn't want or need the service at all. I talked to Fin who wasn't really of any help and offered half of a refund. And I didn't even get to finish fhe book I was reading. Incredibly disappointed.
I was charged not just the 4.49 I agreed to, but also 14.99 and then 15.99. When I requested a correction, I was offered a refund of only 8$. After I provided a screenshot showing that even half is clearly more than that, the response was that I had refused the refund and there would be no resolution.
As a fan of fantasy literature, I found this ideal app. I faced a minor issue within the app, but the support team resolved it almost immediately. If you're looking for a wonderful way to immerse yourself in reading, this app is perfect!

UPDATE: I received a response here at 7:35 AM, just a few minutes before I got an email from the company at 7:41 AM. My initial experience was terrible. They are finally offering a full refund for unauthorized charges against me. My opinion of this company remains unchanged.
