It was also odd that they sent the 20 prints in two separate parcels. After navigating through their chatbot, I reached out to their customer support team, and they informed me that they had done their part but had no control over the courier. Not the response I was hoping for. They mentioned they would compensate me and promised to email the details, which turned out to be a 50% discount on future orders. Honestly, I wouldn't order again even if it were free. I received the prints, but I was not impressed with the quality.
