Review Time
I ordered two canvases from My-Picture.co.uk on the 19th of February 2026 to be used for a funeral on the 27th of the same month. Today, it is the 23rd of February, and they have not handed over our parcel to DPD. I even spoke to them on the 21st of February and they said they would talk to the couriers. And two days later, there is no tracking information. We are losing hope that the photos will be delivered on time and as requested. My experience with them is terrible and will never use them again because they communication and delivery is terrible. They promise to despatch within 24 hours and I can state that there is no truth in that. Experience is the best teacher. If I could give minus five stars, I would do that to reflect my experience.
Ordered on the 11th, still haven’t received my canvas, spoke to the online help on the 19th as still no parcel, was told it was delivered, check with a neighbour.
Checked with neighbours, tried again with online help to say it never made it to dpd, so was lied to, asked for a refund “we don’t do refunds, we can reprint for you?”
No I just want a refund,
“Thank you for contacting us, have a nice day! Bye!”
Spoke to someone else who automatically set up a reprint, after I asked for a refund, neither parcel has arrived, neither made it to dpd, absolute scam.
I just recieved my canvas picture and it is beautiful, better than I thought it could be!
I was kept up to date from start to finish with production and delivery from my picture and then an hour delivery slot from DPD. I can't recommend the company enough.
I only came across this company recently and every single item they have done is fantastic quality and really reasonable I will be buying more and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. best Canvas/Acrylic/Poster and framed items ever.
Ordered it 2 weeks ago, and still hasnt moved from production. Have now missed my friends birthday, and waiting still to hear back from customer service on when to expect it.
I ordered a picture mounted on perspex, but the colors appear faded and lack the vibrancy of a typical image. I raised my concerns, and they sent a reprint with increased exposure, yet the outcome remains the same. I suspect it may be related to the film used for the printing.
I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order, as I rushed into it. If you're reading this, I hope you have time to make a more informed choice about using this service. I ordered just 20 prints, expecting a straightforward process. While the printing was completed on time according to the service's tracker, the delivery was delayed significantly with the courier. It was also odd that they sent the 20 prints in two separate parcels. After navigating through their chatbot, I reached out to their customer support team, and they informed me that they had done their part but had no control over the courier. Not the response I was hoping for. They mentioned they would compensate me and promised to email the details, which turned out to be a 50% discount on future orders. Honestly, I wouldn't order again even if it were free. I received the prints, but I was not impressed with the quality. Given the delays and unsatisfactory service, I would not recommend them based on the print quality alone. I hope this helps you in your decision-making.
I ordered a photo calendar with the expectation of receiving it before Christmas, placing my order on December 11th. As I write this review on January 6th, I still have not received the calendar. I requested a refund, but instead, they offered a £10 voucher that appears to have very restricted use, as it cannot be applied to photo prints. When I insisted on a refund, they have ceased all communication with me.
Service has been extremely slow, and I'm still waiting for the item I ordered. Communication has been poor, and there was no option to cancel once it went into production, even though it's been in that status for quite a while. I will not be placing any more orders with this company and cannot recommend them. Interestingly, after submitting a complaint and writing this review, my order has suddenly moved to the dispatch stage! Unfortunately, it will arrive too late now.
