I recently checked in for a flight, paying a small fee for the service through their platform. I accidentally overlooked the three-month subscription at a cost of 79 euros. Three days later, on the first day of the subscription, I noticed an automatic charge from my bank account. I reached out to them, and while they canceled my subscription, they refused to refund me. They even offered a mere 20% back. For what? For just one day's subscription? It's unacceptable to take money for services that were not rendered. People, please be cautious!
