It's a scam company. It promises to help you for 1 Euro and without you realizing it, it charges you 79 Euros after 3 days and then again after 3 months. The first time I didn't see that I was away on a trip, but now that I was home and saw the notification, I went in to cancel the subscription that I supposedly made (meaning they automatically did it without my consent). The internet is full of such scammers.
This company lacks integrity in its dealings with customers, claiming that you agreed to a subscription via email that you never received. They charge you 1 Euro for check-in, then without consent, they impose an 80 Euro fee for something you didn't consent to and refuse to issue a refund. It's best to steer clear of them; if you're being asked to pay for something you believe should be complimentary, trust your instincts and refrain from paying. Complete your check-in at the airport instead.
