I recently checked in for a flight, paying 1 euro for the service through the website. Unfortunately, I overlooked the 3-month subscription fee of 79 euros. Just three days later, on the first day of the subscription, I noticed an automatic charge from my bank account. I reached out to the support team, and while they canceled my subscription, they refused to issue a refund. They even suggested a 20% refund. For what? Just for one day of subscription? It's unfair to charge people for services that were never rendered. Everyone, please be cautious!
